At CPM, we believe football is about so much more than what happens on the pitch. Through our own journeys in the game, we have experienced first-hand the impact that the right mentor can have during the highs, the setbacks, and the moments that shape who you become. That is why our mission is to support young players not only in reaching their footballing potential, but in growing into confident, resilient and well-rounded individuals.
Through personalised mentoring, tailored action plans, and guidance from current and former professionals players, we provide a supportive environment where every young person feels seen, valued and empowered. We are commited to helping the next generation develop the mindset, life skills and self-belief needed to suceed in football and beyond.
Our Team of Experts
IZZY MILNE
Izzy is a current Fulham FC player with experience at England youth level with clubs including Arsenal, Chelsea and Southampton. As a coach, psychology undergraduate, and Fulham's PFA Community Champion, she is passionate about mentoring and helping young players grow both on and off the pitch.

LOUIS MATHIAS
Louis founded CPM to support aspiring footballers in building successful careers in the game. Having played from Sunday League to academy and county level, he understands the different pathways and challenges young players face.
With coaching experience from grassroots football to the JPL, Louis combines first-hand knowledge of the game with an approachable coaching style, helping players develop both on and off the pitch.
